Wizard (AKA wzrd, Cozmykwizard and W!ZARD) are the online pseudonyms of Stephen May

A brief History:

Born January 1957 in Chatham Kent England. Family moved to Nelson, New Zealand in 1962. Attended Vanguard Street School, Enner Glynn School, Wiamea Intermediate and Nayland College, all in Nelson.  Worked after school mowing lawns and as a cleaner at Nayland College until age 16 when employed by the New Zealand Post Office as a Telephone Lineman. 1977 returned to England for a year.  Back in NZ worked again for NZPO as a Telephone Faultman/cable jointer.  At age 29 undertook a world trip traveling overland from New Zealand to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal, India and Europe ending up in Great Britain again.

After returning to New Zealand attended several Performing Arts courses including Theatre and Improv Skills plus a Contemporary Music course.  Later, worked at "Possibilities, The Shop" a New Age book and gift store in central Nelson.  At this time began offering Tarot readings, Reiki and Energy Healing, Spiritual and Holistic Counseling services from an office in Hardy Street.

In his early 40's moved to Taranaki where he worked again offering Tarot and associated services (Astrology, Numerology, Name Interpretations etc) and also worked on a dairy farm assisting with the installation of underground drainage systems.  After two years in Taranaki moved north to Auckland and, continuing the underground theme, took a job as a Telecom Cable Faultman.  At this time also formed a (not very successful) band called The Oscillators, playing interpretations of his original music plus various rock covers.

1999 moved to Christchurch and has lived there since.  Was employed in the Faultline at a major electricity retailer callcentre and met Witchy in 2000 and immediately recognised a kindred spirit!  February 29, 2004 Witchy and Wizard had a 'Broom Hop' ceremony to celebrate and signify their connection - thus Wizitch was born!
